Ajay Bawa

Co-Founder and COO

Ajay Bawa MBA/MPA is COO and Co-Founder of Thiozen and brings extensive experience in finance, operations, safety, and quality from his previous roles as the Vice President and Quality Manager of  100-employee beryllium defense and space manufacturer, LA Gauge. He also brings entrepreneurial experience from his role as the Founder and Board Chair of Seed Consulting Group, a 200-member environmental nonprofit. Ajay holds an MBA from MIT, MPA from Harvard, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Berkeley.
